1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the jjloit website, mobile browser platform, or any service offered under the jjloit brand, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and agree to be bound by them, together with any additional rules, policies, or guidelines incorporated herein by reference — including but not limited to jjloit's Privacy Policy, Bonus Terms, Game-Specific Rules, and Responsible Gaming Policy.

Your continued use of the jjloit platform following any update or amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. jjloit reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jjloit will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or on-platform notification.

If you are accessing jjloit on behalf of a third party or under a power of attorney, you represent that you have the legal authority to bind that party to these Terms. jjloit accepts no liability for any dispute arising from unauthorised account access by a third party acting on your behalf.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on jjloit, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing online casino gaming in the Philippines.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and during gameplay.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of jjloit or any of its affiliated game providers or suppliers.
• You must not be listed on any government-mandated exclusion register or self-exclusion database maintained by PAGCOR or any equivalent regulatory body.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

jjloit reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification, proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in account restriction or closure.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access real-money gaming services on jjloit, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid contact number associated with a Philippine SIM card.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player may hold only one active account on the jjloit platform. Opening, using, or attempting to use more than one account — whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jjloit reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and void any associated balances, bonuses, or pending withdrawals without prior notice.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. You agree to notify jjloit immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account. jjloit will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

jjloit applies Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures consistent with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR licensing requirements. Players may be required to submit copies of a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, or driver's licence), proof of residential address, and source-of-funds documentation. Withdrawals may be withheld pending successful completion of KYC verification.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jjloit supports a range of Philippine payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals, including GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Processing

All deposits to your jjloit account are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Deposits via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your account in real time. Bank transfer deposits processed via InstaPay are typically credited within one (1) business hour. jjloit does not charge processing fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. jjloit targets withdrawal processing within twenty-four (24) hours for GCash and Maya. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) business days depending on your bank. jjloit reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks on withdrawals above certain thresholds in compliance with AMLA regulations.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the jjloit platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP/₱). jjloit does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals. Any payment made in a foreign currency will be automatically converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing, and jjloit accepts no liability for currency conversion costs or rate fluctuations.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses and promotional offers on jjloit are available to eligible registered players who meet the specific criteria set out in the applicable promotion terms. New player welcome bonuses are available only to players who have not previously held a jjloit account. jjloit reserves the right to determine player eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses issued by jjloit are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports betting bonuses), and expiry periods are specified in the individual promotion terms published on the jjloit platform at the time of the offer. Players are advised to read all promotion terms before opting in.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

jjloit employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, collusion, and multi-accounting. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, hedging bets to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk, exploiting technical errors in game software, and using automated betting systems or bots. Any player found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonus and associated winnings voided and may be permanently banned from the platform.

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

jjloit reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already accepted and in active use, except where jjloit determines that a bonus has been claimed fraudulently or in breach of these Terms.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the jjloit platform are provided by licensed third-party game providers and operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are statistically random and cannot be influenced by jjloit or any player. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee specific results for any individual session.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your screen and the result recorded on jjloit's servers, the server record shall be deemed the authoritative result. Technical malfunctions void all related plays. If a game round cannot be completed due to a network interruption or system error, jjloit will endeavour to restore the game to its last known valid state and credit any applicable winnings accordingly.

For live dealer games, the decisions and actions of the dealer are final once confirmed. Players must place all bets within the designated betting window. Late bets placed after the betting window has closed will be voided and the stake returned.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jjloit platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any jjloit game or service.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to sharing hole cards in poker or coordinating bets in live dealer games.
• Exploiting software bugs, vulnerabilities, or errors in any game or platform feature. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Using the jjloit platform for any purpose other than lawful personal entertainment gaming.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software on the jjloit platform.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or financial crime using the jjloit platform.
• Using any VPN, proxy, or IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward jjloit staff or other players via live chat or any other communication channel.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification processes.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the jjloit platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, audio, video, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of jjloit or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jjloit platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or modify any content from the jjloit platform without express prior written consent from jjloit.

The jjloit name, logo, and all associated brand marks are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use of jjloit trademarks in any context — including social media, advertising, or third-party websites — is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, jjloit and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with your use of the jjloit platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from your voluntary gambling decisions.
• Technical failures, interruptions, or errors in the platform or game software not attributable to jjloit's wilful misconduct.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers.
• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any nature.

jjloit's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit jjloit's liability for death or personal injury caused by jjloit's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

jjloit collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippines' Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. By registering on jjloit, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the jjloit Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

jjloit uses your personal data to verify your identity, process transactions, personalise your gaming experience, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, and communicate platform updates and promotional offers where you have opted in to receive such communications. jjloit does not sell your personal data to third parties.

11. Responsible Gaming

jjloit is committed to promoting responsible gaming across the Philippines. We recognise that for a small proportion of players, gambling can lead to problematic behaviour that negatively impacts their personal and financial wellbeing. jjloit takes its duty of care to all registered players seriously.

11.1 Available Tools

Every jjloit account holder has access to the following responsible gaming tools, available at any time through the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit to your jjloit account.
• Loss Limits: Cap your maximum net loss over any defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the maximum duration of any single gaming session.
• Reality Check Reminders: Receive periodic notifications showing your session duration and net position.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the jjloit platform. Self-exclusion periods of 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, or permanent exclusion are available.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a short break of 24 hours to 30 days without full self-exclusion.

11.2 Underage Gambling Prevention

jjloit strictly prohibits gambling by anyone under 21 years of age. We urge players who share devices with minors to use parental control software and to keep their jjloit login credentials secure at all times. 12. Account Suspension & Termination

12.1 Termination by You

You may close your jjloit account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Prior to account closure, jjloit will process any remaining verified balance to your nominated withdrawal method, subject to outstanding wagering requirements and KYC verification being complete.

12.2 Termination by jjloit

jjloit reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account — with or without prior notice — where jjloit reasonably determines that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Your account has been used for fraudulent, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• You no longer meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.
• Continued operation of your account presents a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to jjloit.

Where an account is closed due to breach of these Terms, jjloit reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where no breach is established following investigation, your verified balance will be returned.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising between you and jjloit shall first be referred to jjloit's customer support team for informal resolution. jjloit commits to responding to all formal complaints within five (5) business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

For disputes relating to jjloit's compliance with its PAGCOR gaming license, players may also escalate to PAGCOR through its official player complaint channels.

14. Amendments to These Terms

jjloit may revise these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — such as changes affecting your rights, the bonus framework, withdrawal procedures, or eligibility requirements — jjloit will provide at least fourteen (14) days' notice via email to your registered address or via an on-platform notification before the changes take effect.

Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates required to reflect changes in applicable law) may take effect immediately. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the jjloit platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the jjloit platform and close your account.
