6.3 Regulatory and Law Enforcement Authorities

jjloit will disclose personal data to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the National Privacy Commission (NPC), and other competent Philippine government authorities where required to do so by law, court order, or in connection with our gaming license obligations. jjloit will not notify you of such disclosures where prohibited from doing so by law.

6.4 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of all or part of jjloit's business, your personal data may be transferred to the successor entity. jjloit will take reasonable steps to ensure that any successor entity is bound by privacy obligations at least equivalent to those in this Policy, and will notify affected players of any material change in data controller.

• Transaction records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years in compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended).
• KYC and identity verification documents: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following the end of the business relationship.
• Customer support records: Retained for three (3) years following the resolution of the support interaction.
• Marketing preference records: Retained for the duration of your account, or until you withdraw consent, whichever is earlier.
• Technical and usage logs: Retained for up to twelve (12) months, unless required longer for security investigation purposes.

When personal data is no longer required, jjloit will securely destroy or anonymise it in accordance with our internal data disposal procedures.

Note that jjloit may be required to retain certain data by law even following such a request.

11. Children & Minors

The jjloit platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and older, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing online casino gaming in the Philippines. jjloit does not knowingly collect personal data from any person under the age of 21.

During the registration process, all applicants are required to confirm their date of birth. Where age verification checks raise a concern, the account is suspended pending documentary proof of age. If jjloit discovers that personal data has been collected from a person under the age of 21, that data will be deleted immediately and the account permanently closed.

12. International Data Transfers

jjloit's primary operations and data storage are based in the Philippines. In certain cases, personal data may be processed by our service providers or game platform partners whose servers are located outside the Philippines — for example, cloud infrastructure providers or internationally headquartered game studios.

Where personal data is transferred outside the Philippines, jjloit takes all reasonable steps to ensure that the recipient provides an adequate level of data protection consistent with the requirements of the Data Privacy Act of 2012. The jjloit platform may contain references or links to third-party content — for example, licensed game providers whose game interfaces are hosted within the jjloit environment. While jjloit takes care to work only with reputable and licensed partners, we are not responsible for the privacy practices or data handling of third-party operators, game studios, or payment providers.

Each third-party service provider operates under its own privacy policy. jjloit encourages players to review the privacy policies of any third-party service they interact with in connection with their jjloit account. 14. Updates to This Policy

jjloit reviews this Privacy Policy regularly and may update it from time to time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or PAGCOR regulatory requirements. When we make material changes to this Policy — such as changes affecting your rights, the categories of data we collect, or the third parties we share data with — we will notify you by email to your registered address and by placing a prominent notice on the jjloit platform at least fourteen (14) days before the changes take effect.

Non-material changes (such as corrections to typographical errors or clarifications of existing practices) may be published immediately. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the jjloit platform following the effective date of any updated Policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the updated Policy, you must stop using the jjloit platform and contact our support team to request account closure.
